Some Issues Detracted From the Stay
unskilled bartenders limited coffee
The hotel bar was a disappointment. The bartenders clearly lacked skills, and the ingredient quality was low. I also felt disappointed about the limited coffee and water provided daily (the management should reconsider this).

inadequate air conditioning unresponsive staff
the hotel is in a REALLY good location, close to many things.
My air conditioning did not work properly. It did not reach below 24°C. this was REALLY uncomfortable during a heatwave. the staff was unable to resolve this issue, and i had to sleep in a hot room ALL night.

daily cleaning spa facility convenient location
The housekeeping service provided a daily clean and kept everything super clean. The spa facility was enjoyable. I found the hotel very close to many points of interest. This made exploring easy.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and did not cool as much as i wanted.
